    This is kind of interesting. Camera technology is so fast now that we can photograph people getting shot to pieces. And of course those images are then being used in a news context. But who actually thinks about whether we learn anything from those images? It’s very hard not to be completely cynical about the game that is being played by the news here: Getting people’s attention for that day, winning that race for exposure - while forgetting about what the actual idea of the news used to be.
